原料
意粉: 一小扎, 小番茄: 7-9颗, 小洋葱: 1/2个, 鲜虾: 7-8条, 黄油: 适量, 番茄酱: 适量, 芝士粉: 适量, 胡椒粉: 适量, 盐: 适量, 开水: 适量
步骤
1烧一锅热水, 滚开后下意粉散开,放少许盐

2煮7-9分钟捞出,过冷水,放少许橄榄油搅拌防粘备用

3小番茄对半切开(尽量挑比较熟的小番茄软一点,水分比较多,煮的时候比较容易出汁)

4洋葱切颗粒状

5虾去壳,保留虾尾,用剪刀在背部剪一刀,去掉虾线清洗干净

6热锅,黄油融化,加入鲜虾煎至表面金黄,撒少许盐和胡椒粉翻炒均匀出过。

7重新热锅,黄油融化,加入洋葱翻炒

8加入小番茄翻炒2-3分钟

9倒入适量的番茄酱以及开水,用小火熬至番茄慢慢收汁,约10-15分钟
