Pulled Pork

原料

pork shoulder (pork butt): 1-2kg, onions (white): 2-4, garlic: 2-3, paprika: 3 tablespoon, brown sugar: 2 tablespoon, olive oil: , thyme: 2, mayonnaise: 300g, salt & pepper: , honey: , chipotle: 1 tablespoon, mustard: 1 tablespoon

步骤

1蒜瓣剁碎,将#paste里所有材料混在一起做成酱。

2将白洋葱对半切,再对半切(即切成四小块),置于烤/锅盘底部。随机放几条thyme。

3将paste均匀抹在猪肉上,再稍微淋点橄榄油。然后把猪肩肉放在洋葱上。可以放冰箱腌过夜或一两天都没问题。急的话腌20分钟也OK,味道稍微淡些。

4送入预热好的烤箱,140摄氏度,5-6小时。

5墨西哥辣椒美乃滋:将#chipotle mayonnaise里的材料混起来。个人口味会有不同,拌的时候可以尝一下。做好就可以拌着pulled pork吃啦~

小技巧

身处腐国,所有材料都可以在Tesco或Sainsbury买到哦。不然去waitrose也可以啦~
