原料
花鲢鱼头: 2个(约重100克), 美蛙: 500克
步骤
1鱼去鳞,美蛙洗净,加工成片,鱼头鱼骨和鱼肉片分开;(这点工序卖鱼老板就可以代理了)

2把鸡蛋蛋清取出和鱼搅拌,当然鱼买回来要洗过的,呵呵!

3锅烧热加油,大约加油一两左右吧,烧好油后把香水鱼调料调料加入,翻炒两下;

4及时加入蒜,姜,及八角,葱段,再翻炒两下;

5加入开水,不要多了,感觉鱼放进去能把鱼盖主就好了;

6水开后先放鱼骨和鱼头,等一分钟,再放鱼片;

75分熟时加入芹菜,八分熟时加入豆腐;

8起锅时加点味精及很少的盐(香水鱼调里含盐的,根据自己口胃调节)。
