原料
面:: , 中筋面粉: 200g, 盐: 1.5g, 白糖: 2g, 酵母: 2g, 手温水: 140g, 酥: , 面粉: 40g, 食用油(我用花生油): 40g, 花椒粉: 随手捏了两下, 盐: 1g
步骤
1面粉里放盐、糖、酵母拌匀,加入手温水,面包机揉面功能揉两个程序,至出膜!进行饧发!

2饧面的功夫,做油酥:将面、花椒粉、盐放碗里拌匀,油倒入锅里,小火加热后,趁热倒入碗里,边倒边搅拌面粉,拌匀后放凉备用!
3面饧好后,揉面排气,若粘手,可撒一点点面噗,然后分成六个小剂子,盖好饧十几分钟!

4把小剂子擀成长条!

5擀薄,能擀的很薄,擀破了也没关系,抹上油酥,卷起,竖起来压扁,继续饧十几分钟!

6将压扁的饼坯擀薄,别太薄,有厚度才好吃!锅里放点油,将薄饼胚放进去,小火煎,两面都刷点油,煎至上色!

7然后从不粘锅转到烤箱烤网上,放入预热好的烤箱里,中层,上下火165度10分钟!
