原料
面粉: 250g, 温水: 150g, 韭菜: 150g, 鸡蛋: 2个, 肉馅(可不放): 100g, 精盐: 1盐勺, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 油: 适量
步骤
1馅料: 将韭菜洗净,控干水分切末装大盆,倒入适量油拌均匀(这样不容易出水),锅内倒适量油,分别将肉馅(炒至8分熟,颜色变白)鸡蛋(用筷子打散,炒成鸡蛋碎)都炒熟晾凉,晾凉后倒入韭菜盆中加入精盐,鸡精,十三香,拌匀即可~

2将温水一点点倒入面粉盆里,搅拌成絮状~

3揉成面团,盖保鲜膜醒面20分钟~
