6锅中倒油备香姜和辣椒

7倒入肉丁翻炒至肉变色

小技巧
酱里面的肉可以是猪肉也可以是牛肉,因为我自己比较喜欢吃花生所以酱里放的花生,如果不喜欢也可以换成香干,在肉之后下锅就可以了,大火熬到收汁时要不停的翻炒,不然酱会粘锅底糊掉这步很重要
