原料
大鸭腿: 2只, 五香卤肉料: 1包, 甜面酱: 1大勺, 料酒: 1大勺, 姜: 1大块, 蒜: 4瓣, 葱: 4根, 生抽: 适量, 盐: 适量
步骤
1鸭肉用生抽、料酒和盐腌制10分钟;

2炒锅烧热,加适量油(以没过鸭肉三分之二为宜),烧至七成热,放入鸭肉炸;

3炸至金黄色,捞起控油;

4原锅留少许油,把甜面酱倒入炒香。

5加适量清水,放入卤料和配料,再放入鸭腿;

6转入压力锅,排气后压5-10分钟,不用压力锅的话就用小火炖煮40分钟左右后将鸭腿捞出,控去水分后斩块。
