烘烤鸡蛋火腿西红柿(Baked eggs with ham and tomato)

原料

鸡蛋: 4个, 西红柿: 6个, 火腿: 3根, 蒜: 6瓣, 芝士: 30克

步骤

1加热油少许,入蒜末炒。加入切好的西红柿,小火焖10分钟,待出汁,西红柿变软。可淋入适量番茄酱。

2西红柿汤汁分别放入两个可烘焙的碗中,加入切块的火腿,拌均匀。两个碗中分别打入两个鸡蛋,浮在上面。在分别撒入芝士。

3两个碗放入烤箱中,200度,12~15分钟。完成。开吃,可以与脆面包一起吃~

小技巧

两个碗不要放太满,烘焙之后鸡蛋和芝士会膨胀。
