步骤
1肉片事先用油,盐,姜丝,生粉等腌一下备用;

2胡萝卜去皮,切成片;

5热油锅,下蒜片和肉片一起炒香出味;

8当菇有一点软身时即可加入辣酱;

9炒匀,如果怕糊锅可以加入一点水,最后下葱花再次炒匀即可!盛碟后可撒入炒香白芝麻,不加亦可!

小技巧
辣酱也可以加入水调匀再下,这样炒得更均匀。但是水别多放,以免影响风味与菜品,这酱咸,所以没有再加盐了!
