步骤
1熬肉骨头汤,加盐,姜适量,水开后小火慢炖

2鸭脚解冻剪指甲,去掌中污垢,沥干备用

3鸭脚入油锅炸,一个一个放,小心油飞溅!!

4炸至金黄色后将鸭脚放入骨头汤中,继续小火慢炖

5螺蛳去尾,洗净

6空锅放螺蛳和盐,姜片,不断翻炒至出汁水,放油爆炒,放辣椒,酸笋,蒜,熟后放入前述炖的汤中(如果只吃炒螺,此时放点水盖锅盖闷一下即可装盘)

7等到差不多(20-30分钟)时候,将表面的油捞掉
