步骤
1紫甘蓝取嫩叶搅拌成泥

2蔬菜泥倒入料理盆,然后加入白糖和用温水化开的酵母水搅拌均匀,再慢慢加入面粉,不能一下加太多,慢慢来!

3借用筷子搅拌
4和成稍微软的面团,酵母喜欢湿润,这样好发酵.盖好在温暖地方发酵.

5一小时后发酵一倍大,这时候的面团很湿,加入些面粉揉个几分钟!

6二次发酵,马蜂窝形状了

7再添加进面粉揉几分钟(一直觉得这样做出来的面胚口感特别.有层次)

9八寸披萨盘上场,擀好的面胚放进去,手摁压服贴.

14番茄酱上场

15撒烤香的黑芝麻、然后入预热200度的烤箱开烤!

16五分钟后取出摆上切块的马苏里拉、胡萝卜花!再复入烤箱!
