小技巧
1 龙虾四斤小的可以剥一斤左右虾尾,用啤酒烧制味道更鲜美 2 龙虾黄,如果你没有足够的耐心,请忽略,但是我觉得虾黄扔了太可惜了 3 啤酒按需倒入,我要用这龙虾汤做凉拌面,所以倒的有点多,也没收汁太干,大家酌情考虑
