3锅烧热,不放油,因为鸡皮已经带很多油了,倒入鸡肉翻炒一定要不停地翻炒因为没放油刚开始会粘锅所以最好用不粘锅

4待炒到鸡肉变色加入水,水的量和鸡肉齐平

7加入冰糖这是这道菜好吃的关键

9接下来就是耐心的等待烧开,此时可以加热砂锅了
10待水沸腾锅也烧热了把9倒入砂锅同时加入芋头
