步骤
1无盐奶油室温软化,糖粉过筛后,加入,用搅拌器搅打均匀

2分次加入蛋黄,再加入香草精,搅打均匀

3筛入低筋面粉、盐、杏仁粉用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀

4拌匀后,面团包入保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟左右(冷冻也可以时间相应短些)

5冷藏后的面团取出后,桌面上稍撒些薄薄的手粉,将面团放在上面,擀成约3mm后的薄片。用饼干模压出形状

6饼干放在烤盘上,放入预热的烤箱中,以180℃烘烤10分钟,熄火后余温焖10分钟左右
