猪肚: 1个, 萝卜: 1个, 大葱: 1根, 盐: 1包, 酒: 适量
步骤
1猪肚用水清洗一下

2加盐抓揉,把猪肚表面黏黏的东西弄下来,反复几次

3表面有黄色的东西尽量刮掉,刮不掉没有关系

4把猪肚翻身

5里面的脂肪用剪刀剪干净

6去除感觉后冲洗一下

7加入盐反复揉捏,冲洗干净

8萝卜去皮,大葱洗干净

9萝卜切块,大葱切段,生姜切片

10取适量的葱,姜,萝卜放到猪肚里面 ,留一半另用

13焯好以后放凉

14把猪肚翻个面,那个黄色白色的东西要刮干净

15要弄成这个样子,然后冲洗干净

16把猪肚翻面跟刚才一样,猪肚里面塞葱姜萝卜八角,放在那个高压锅里面

17加入一勺到两勺盐,还有适量的白酒,高压锅冒气后十分钟,关火继续焖压

18把猪肚捞出来以后切片或者切丝都可以

19之前放过一点盐,但是味道还不是特别咸,所以可以拿一点鲜酱油放点麻油沾着吃,我家就是这样吃的

小技巧
因为猪肚的味道比较重,所以我一般用萝卜和大葱去味,高压锅压制的时候可以加点八角,这样去腥味提香的,我不太喜欢用料酒,可以用白酒比较多
