步骤
1花螺、五花肉冲洗干净,分别把花螺、五花肉焯煮后捞出备用,花螺稍煮即可,五花肉的焯煮时间要长一些,而且煮后马上过凉水,让猪肉保持爽脆的口感,不至于在炖煮的时候烂掉;

2五花肉凉却后切成小块,沥干水分备用;

3起油锅,小火哦!下姜片、蒜沫、腐乳酱炒出香味,正常是很香的!再下五花肉块一起炒匀

4加开水,入酱油、冰糖、八角、干辣椒、花椒;
