原料
番茄酱: 1大勺, 酿造酱油: 2小勺, 白糖: 2小勺, 紫甘蓝: 30g, 洋葱: 30g, 蛋黄酱: 1大勺, 食盐: 0.25小勺, 胡椒粉: 少许, 汉堡胚: 1个, 鸡胸肉: 75g, 食盐: 少许, 芥菜叶(或圆生菜): 2-3片, 食用油: 2小勺, 胡椒粉: 少许, 抹酱(蛋黄酱): 4小勺
步骤
1紫甘蓝与洋葱切成细丝后放入碗中,撒上食盐腌制5分钟,沥干后加入蛋黄酱和胡椒粉搅拌均匀,就制成了凉拌卷心菜;

2汉堡胚切开,内侧朝下在平底锅上稍微加热即可;

3在平底锅中倒入少许食用油,放入鸡胸肉,撒上食盐和胡椒粉,中小火煎3分钟(可根据肉厚程度调节煎烤时间);

4鸡胸肉稍微放凉后用手撕成小块儿,做这一步的时候切忌边撕边吃。。。会导致汉堡肉不够!!!

5调制好烤肉酱~

6把鸡胸肉和烤肉酱放入烧热的平底锅中,中火翻炒2分钟即可;
