原料
面粉: 500克, 油: 40克, 开水: 160克, 冷水: 180克, 盐: 6克, 葱: 适量(至少10根), 油酥: 25克面粉,30克油,2克盐调制
步骤
1首先把面粉盐油放入面包机,开始和面那档,启动起来,然后开始倒入开水,看见雪花片状,倒入冷水!OK了,和面我的面包机20分钟结束!再静置30分钟,取出!
