2锅内加入已清洗并切片的猪颈肉、1茶匙料酒,拌炒至肉变色至7成熟,再加入切块的豆腐,小心拌炒均匀,避免豆腐过于碎裂; (猪颈肉肉质嫩滑爽口不需要腌制哦)
