1冬瓜去皮切成小块

2冬瓜焯水,水沸后稍微再煮一会,用筷子能戳进去后就可以撩出来了

3稍微晾凉后剁碎,到图片中那个程度就差不多啦⋯⋯再剁就成浆糊了

4剁完后用手挤出水分待用

5冬瓜肉糜约1:1也可以猪肉稍微多些,加入盐,少许生抽,食用油和葱花拌匀⋯⋯冬瓜水分大,所以习惯往馅里打水的亲也不用加水了,然后朝一个方向搅拌就好了
