6油温六成热时放入藕条小火慢炸(有点炸薯条的香味,都留口水了)

7炸至金黄捞出(就这么吃也好吃呦,偷吃了好几个,嘻嘻!)。

8西红柿用热水烫一下去皮切碎,锅中留少许底油将西红柿炒出汁水

9依次加入盐、糖、白醋、番茄酱、少量清水炒成浓稠的酱汁,然后倒入炸好的藕条。
