原料
金边海鲳: 2条, 腌制:生姜,蒜、盐、白胡椒粉: 适量, 调汁:蒜,姜,盐,糖,辣椒酱,胡椒粉,高汤,蒸鱼豉油: 适量
步骤
1将鱼清洗干净,然后改刀,方便入味。

2姜蒜切片和白胡椒粉以及盐拌匀

3把2都放到改刀的鱼身里

4放在盘子里盖上保鲜膜,冷藏2小时以上,这样方便入味

5将鱼从冰箱取出放到锅中蒸17分钟左右,这段时间,我们把用来调汁的姜蒜切末。(这个汁可做也可不做)

6热锅凉油,把姜蒜末放入锅中炒出香味

7然后将辣椒酱和其他用料一起放入,最后加一点高汤
