金像高筋面粉237克, 汤种78克, 奶粉12克, 抹茶粉3克, 细砂糖30克, 盐3克, 即溶酵母5克, 牛奶100克, 无盐黄油25克, 葡萄干80克

1 在250克水中加入50克高筋面粉

2 先将水和面粉搅拌均匀,再放到炉上小火加热

4 将主料倒入厨师机的搅拌桶中用2档揉面
