原料
面粉,鸡蛋,牛奶,盐,糖,油。注意:这个过程不能沾一滴水,器皿都擦干再用哦
步骤
1按量打蛋,在这里我用了4个,蛋清分离

6继续打继续打继续打,有点稠时再放一勺糖,继续打

7大约15分钟后,就会变成奶油状,而且筷子上的不会掉下来,这个过程比较关键,15分钟连续打,不是闹着玩的

11搅拌好

12倒入一半奶油状的蛋清,注意:上下搅拌而不是打圈

13搅拌均匀后再倒入另一半奶油状蛋清,上下搅拌好

14电饭煲按下煮饭健预热1分钟后拿出,锅有点热就可以,倒入少许油,均匀涂在锅内,以防粘锅

15倒入搅拌好的东西,然后蹲几下锅,把气泡震出来。按下煮饭键,2分钟左右会自动跳到保温档,这时用毛巾摀住通风口,闷20分钟,然后再按下煮饭键,20分钟后就OK啦

16锅内涂了油,一倒就出来啦,蛋糕底部颜色比较深,松软可口的蛋糕,大功告成啦!
