小技巧
1.咸鸭蛋黄尽量要碾得碎一些,越碎越好,成泥状,有一点颗粒也无大碍 2.炒的时候一定要小火炒,大火蛋黄容易糊掉 3.炸至油温不宜过低,油温过低南瓜条就会吸入大量油,口感不好!
