从小吃到大的糍饭团如今自己想吃也可以做起来了…一般糍饭团分为咸甜两种口味…将热腾腾的糯米饭铺上芝麻、白糖、肉松、油条~咬上一口,香甜无比,要吃咸的也很简单。
原料
糯米 一小碗, 大米 一小碗, 油条 一根, 榨菜 (咸糍饭) 适量, 肉松 咸糍饭、甜糍饭 适量, 芝麻粉 (甜糍饭) 适量, 白糖 (甜糍饭) 适量
步骤
1大米糯米隔夜浸泡

8放一张保鲜膜~勺背湿水摊开~这样不会很粘

9先做咸的,把肉松、榨菜、油条(这里的油条我是复炸过的,喜欢吃脆脆的口感,更香,你也可以放整条)都放在糯米饭上

10把一半的饭团放在手心~然后再用勺子盛点糯米饭盖在上面
