原料
乌江榨菜 2袋, 青蒜(或韭菜) 5根, 猪肉丝 2两, 豆干 6片, 料酒 适量, 小米椒 5根, 糖 适量, 酱油 适量, 淀粉 适量, 盐 少许, 葱姜 适量
步骤
1将青蒜,小米椒洗净切段,姜和葱切好

5先将锅中倒油,油热后将肉丝放入

小技巧
肉可以选用里脊肉比较好切,用淀粉多抓一抓会嫩一些!如果没有青蒜可以放韭菜代替!因为榨菜本身是咸的,所以不要放太多盐!吃不了辣的朋友可以不放小米椒!
