原料
鸭子 半只(剁成小块), 山药 一根, 葱, 姜, 干辣椒, 大料 1颗, 老抽 一茶匙, 盐, 料酒
步骤
1鸭肉洗净把水分沥干备用

2山药去皮后切成块备用

小技巧
1.料酒在加入到菜里时一定要等锅内温度够高时,顺着锅边烹入料酒,这样才能激发出料酒的香气以及去除肉类的腥气。
