原料
淡奶油 140克, 芦荟 一袋, 蛋挞皮 9个, 牛奶 110克, 白糖 30克, 蛋黄 2个, 低粉 10克
步骤
1将淡奶油、牛奶、白糖放在小锅里,用小火加热,边加热边搅拌,至白糖溶化离火,放凉

2把低粉过筛,加入(1)中

3加入蛋黄,拌匀

4然后用筛子将制成的蛋挞水过滤

5将蛋挞皮放烤盘里

6将芦荟块放里面,一个挞皮里面放四—5块芦荟就可以了

7过滤好的蛋挞水倒入放有芦荟块的挞皮中

8烤箱预热,220度放倒数第二层,20分钟左右即可。(喜欢表面有焦点的,最后5分钟可把烤盘上移到中层烤。)
