猪肉馅 150 g, 鸡蛋 1 个, 葱、姜 适量 切碎, 姜 3大片, 生抽酱油 2茶勺, 淀粉 1茶勺, 香油 适量, 黄瓜 1根 切片
1准备食材
2肉馅里加生抽、香油、葱姜末、鸡蛋和淀粉搅拌到有点起筋备用。
3炉子用小火,砂锅里放入适量凉水,把姜片放入锅内,在水凉的情况下把肉丸一个个的下到水里。
4直到肉丸固定后再转中火将汤烧开。
5汤烧开煮1-2分钟后加盐调味,放入黄瓜片后关火,这道汤就完成了。
