2我用了2个大蒜头,一块一个大蒜头这么大小的生姜.一起切末.入油锅将蒜末煸出水分和香味.捞出料,用这个油来炸蟹

3将螃蟹用剪刀剪去大钳.然后将螃蟹里外用牙刷洗干净

4将大钳刮掉毛,拍碎.将螃蟹盖掀掉.将螃蟹的腮去掉,还有盖子里的脏东西,内脏等去掉

5用剪刀将螃蟹对煎开,如图片.切面裹上干淀粉

6入8成热油锅炸至金黄8成熟捞出.(用的是上面炸蒜的油)(多余步骤:我将螃蟹腿都卸下来了,这样吃的时候可以直接夹到整块的肉.要不然,我家老公看到了会嫌弃它长得碍手碍脚)

7锅里留底油,放入蒜末,干辣椒.炒红辣椒后加入螃蟹翻炒
