瘦肉 300g 切成细丝, 辣椒 适量 切丝, 香菜梗 200g 切段, 葱、姜 适量, 料酒 1茶勺, 生抽酱油 1茶勺
1准备食材
2盐、料酒加到肉丝里拌匀。
3中大火锅里加入平时炒菜的油烧热后倒入肉丝煸炒直到肉丝变的干干的表面有点焦黄色盛出来。
4锅里留底油中大火,倒入葱、姜炒香后加入香菜辣椒和香菜梗将食材炒软。
5加入肉丝炒均匀,加入酱油和盐调味后就可以出锅了。
