2玉米剝成粒!

4炒鍋加入黃油燒熱,加入西紅柿炒出紅油!之後加入玉米粒一同翻炒!

5鍋中加入800ml的高湯,或清水,大火燒開!

6在煮湯的同時,將牛油果切成粒,鱸魚斬成塊!

7高湯煮開後加入鱸魚!煮至魚塊轉白,證明魚已經熟了噢!不要煮太久,不然魚肉散了就不好夾了!

8在魚塊斷生轉白的同時,加入牛油果,沸騰後立馬關火!

9最後加入適量的鹽調味,再擠入半個檸檬汁!
