黃豆: 200g, 麵粉: 3湯匙, 打泡粉: 5g, 蔥花: 適量, 食用鹽: 適量, 榨汁機: 一台
步驟
1準備好材料,如圖所示

2黃豆泡軟(至少3個小時以上)加入榨汁機內

4打細膩後開蓋倒出豆漿

5豆漿加入小鍋中,加入白砂糖,加熱至沸騰,倒入杯中

6取出榨汁機濾網中的豆渣(先擠干水份)碗中放入3湯匙麵粉,5克泡打粉、食鹽、蔥花

7使用勺子攪拌均勻

8搓成球狀,再一巴掌按成餅狀
