原料
烏冬面: 400g, 魷魚: 50g, 青蝦: 8隻, 蛤蜊: 50g, 魚肫: 50g, 魚丸: 50g, 草菇: 50g, 金針菇: 50g, 鵪鶉蛋: 50g, 油菜: 50g, 洋蔥: 20g
步驟
1準備食材:海鮮蔬菜洗凈備用,蛤蜊用鹽水浸泡,鵪鶉蛋煮好剝皮;

4鍋中放少許油將蝦頭入鍋大火炸炒片刻,蝦頭炒出紅色汁液,放入洋蔥;

5鍋內多加水,將之前備好的魷魚、蛤蜊、魚肫、蘑菇、整蝦、魚丸一併放入鍋中;慢火熬煮半小時;

6湯快熬好的時候換鍋煮麵,按說明時間煮烏冬面,期間將油菜、金針菇、剝好的鵪鶉蛋放入海鮮湯中;
