原料
普通麵粉: 500克, 酵母: 5克, 溫水: 適量, 豆沙: 適量
步驟
1酵母用少量溫水化開,加入麵粉,根據自家麵粉吸水量適當加入溫水,揉成光滑的麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜放至溫暖處醒發,發好的面如圖!

2醒發好的面拿出揉勻!

3用擀麵杖擀成面片,塗抹上事先準備好的豆沙,如果豆沙太干可加適量溫水調希,方便塗抹!

4從上至下捲起!

6拿起一塊兩手拇指同時從中間向下按!

7兩手捏住兩端,一隻手需要拍照,大家理解就好!

8左手拇指放在一端的下面!

9右手抓住另一端圍著拇指繞一下!捏緊!一個小花捲完成!

10依次做好所有的小花捲,大火燒開水以後放入花捲,蒸25分鐘取出即可!
