原料
排骨: 適量, 澱粉(生粉): 2勺, 芋頭: 適量, 蔥: 適量, 蚝油: 2勺, 味極鮮醬油: 1勺, 李錦記蒜蓉豆豉醬: 2勺, 鹽: 適量, 白鬍椒粉: 適量, 料酒: 3勺, 白砂糖: 1勺
步驟
1排骨用冷水浸泡清洗3-4遍;

2排骨從水中拿出,無需瀝干水分,加入2勺蒜蓉豆豉醬、2勺蚝油、1勺味極鮮醬油、一勺糖、適量鹽、適量白鬍椒粉、3勺料酒,抓拌至水分全被排骨吸收,再撒2勺生粉,拌勻,腌制一小時左右,使排骨更入味;

3芋頭去皮切塊浸水備用,蔥切段;

4鍋中加水燒開,芋頭鋪在盤子底部,上面鋪上蔥,再將排骨均勻鋪在最上層,大火蒸25分鐘;
