低筋麵粉: 55克, 高筋麵粉: 55克, 芥末粉: 20克, 牛油: 70克, 糖粉: 60克, 雞蛋: 30克, 泡打粉: 2克, 蘇打粉: 2克
步驟
1將所有原料稱好備用

2將牛油放在室溫中至軟化,與糖打至鬆軟變白,加入蛋液拌勻

3將低筋麵粉、高筋麵粉、蘇打粉、泡打粉過篩後加入拌勻,攪勻

6把麵糰放在不沾布上,用擀麵杖擀至0、5厘米厚,放入冰箱冷凍15分鐘

7將麵皮取出,用模具壓出梨子形,放入烤盤,送入烤箱烘烤
