雞蛋: 2隻, 火腿腸: 1根, 香腸: 2根, 香菇: 6個, 紅蘿蔔: 一根, 香蔥或韭菜花: 20g, 西蘭花: 50g, 生抽: 10g, 砂糖: 5g, 蘿蔔乾: 10g, 隔夜米飯: 300g
步驟
1將紅蘿蔔、韭菜花、泡發的香菇、香腸、火腿洗凈,切丁備用

5鍋內放入少許食用油(我用的是山茶油),將準備好香腸丁、火腿丁放入鍋內炒香
