原料
基圍蝦: 15隻, 料酒: 10克, 鹽: 1克, 展藝黑胡椒粉: 1克, 展藝玉米澱粉: 適量, 雞蛋: 1個, 展藝麵包糠: 適量
步驟
1提前將基圍蝦放急凍冰箱將蝦凍硬,然後取出剝掉蝦尾的皮,用牙籤挑出蝦線剪掉蝦頭

2剪刀從蝦肚子剪開背部不要剪斷,儘量把蝦攤開炸的時候比較好看

3處理好的蝦洗乾淨,用料酒,鹽,胡椒粉拌均勻

4然後封上保鮮膜腌制一會

5雞蛋打散備用

6腌制好的蝦先用澱粉裹勻

7再依次裹上一層蛋液

8最後放到麵包糠里,裹滿麵包糠

9將油燒熱後改中火,將蝦放入油鍋里炸至金黃色
