Baked Lemon Garlic Halibut

原料

Halibut fillet: 4塊, 橄欖油: 3tbsp, 檸檬汁(現榨): 1/3 cup, Paprika: 1 tsp, 干辣椒碎: 1/2 tsp, 大蒜(切碎): 6瓣, 現磨黑胡椒粉: 1/2 tsp, 海鹽: 1tsp, 蒔蘿(干): 1tsp, 新鮮歐芹(可選): 適量, 番茄碎(可選): 適量

步驟

1洗凈魚排,兩面用廚房紙吸干。取一隻大碗,將除歐芹和番茄外的所有原料拌勻,均勻塗抹在魚排2面,用保鮮膜包好放入冰箱進行腌制,時長30分鐘-2小時。

2烤箱預熱350F,取出魚排,平鋪在烤盤上,入烤箱烤20分鐘

3取出後撒上番茄碎和歐芹碎後就請趁熱吃吧
