西紅柿: 1kg, 麵包: 1個, 大蒜: 1瓣, 橄欖油: 250ml, 黃瓜: 半根, 鹽: 1tsp, 青椒(辣的): 1隻, 冰礦泉水: 250ml, Wine vinegar: 1.7oz
步驟
1手太快忘記拍照了? 第一步:按照順序把食材放進blender里,西紅柿?,要熟透的,黃瓜,青椒,麵包,蒜;倒入橄欖油,準確來說應該用鱷梨油;倒入冰水,wine vinegar ,最後加鹽;然後blender先小檔打一會,再換大檔,直到所有東西成為濃稠的糊狀

2第二步:把糊狀物用濾網過濾,渣到了,留下smooth的湯汁

3放冰箱冷藏至少兩個小時
