原料
麵粉: 150克, 北極蝦: 10隻, 豆面: 50克, 玉米面: 50克, 小米面: 50克, 雞蛋: 1枚, 海底撈酸菜魚火鍋底料: 一袋, 鹽: 少許, 薑片: 適量, 水: 85克左右
步驟
1將所有麵粉倒入盆中,加入雞蛋、鹽,用手略混合

2將水逐步加入麵粉堆中

3揉成光滑的麵糰。麵糰宜硬不宜軟。盆上蓋一張濕毛巾醒十分鐘

4切出小塊麵糰,用手在案板上搓成直徑約1公分的的細條,再切成寬約1.5公分的小麵糰

5用手將小麵糰在案板上按搓一下,即可做成貓耳狀,也可放在手掌心裡操作

6將剩餘麵糰也按此方法操作,全部搓成貓耳狀

7鍋內水燒開後,加入少許鹽,倒入貓耳朵面

8煮至浮起後,點一次水

11小湯鍋內倒入水和薑片,煮開後倒入海底撈酸菜魚火鍋底料
