素苦瓜盅 ( Steamed Balsam Pear Bowl with Fried Rice)

原料

苦瓜: 一根, 紅白米飯: 1/2碗, 胡蘿蔔: 1/4根, 豆豉: 少許, 鹽: 1/4小匙

步驟

1紅白米飯煮好(我用的是紅米和白米1:3的比例),打散待用;胡蘿蔔切丁待用;

2苦瓜洗凈切成等長小段,用小勺子把瓤挖出,上蒸鍋大火蒸五分鐘;

3熱鍋下芝麻油,放入胡蘿蔔丁炒香,然後加入豆豉炒片刻,加入米飯和鹽小火翻炒均勻,盛出;

4將炒好的米飯用勺子塞入苦瓜中,再放入蒸鍋蒸五分鐘左右,關火。
