原料
新鮮青口: 1kg, 白葡萄酒(選適合海鮮的最好): 1瓶, 歐芹: 30g, 洋蔥: 2-3顆, 黃油: 1塊, 牛奶: 1杯, 黑胡椒: 1點, 檸檬: 1/2個
步驟
1把新鮮青口清洗,並用流動水沖洗(我買的是已經加以處理的)

2清洗並準備好歐芹和洋蔥

3把洋蔥、歐芹剁碎,並把歐芹葉子和莖分開,如用新鮮大蒜則一同剁碎

4黃油入鍋

5鍋中入歐芹莖、蒜末、洋蔥碎並加以攪拌

7不要把洋蔥碎炒黑,加入白葡萄酒,然後煮

10攪拌後蓋鍋蓋煮2分鐘,開鍋蓋攪拌一下,再煮一分鐘

11加入牛奶,煮開煮兩分鐘
