大蒜: 3、4瓣, 青米莧: 400g, 鹽: 適量, 糖: 適量

步驟

1米莧 挑撿 洗凈 去水

2大蒜 去皮 刀側拍碎

3熱鍋 冷油 油熱 放入大蒜 煸成金黃色

4倒入 青米莧

5加1小碗水 不斷翻炒 (不蓋蓋子) 加1.5小勺鹽、加1.5小勺糖 待 米莧 熟軟 出鍋裝盆
