批薩底鬆軟好吃的小竅門在於:麵粉中添加了黑胡椒、橄欖油、鹽、糖等多種調味料。用牛奶和面更有助於麵餅鬆軟的口感。批薩盤中抹少許橄欖油有助於脫模及餅底的酥脆。烤制前餅皮四周刷一層蛋液。
