廣式臘腸: 1根, 肝腸: 1根, 臘肉: 4-5片, 白飯: 2碗, 洋蔥: 1/4顆, 淡奶油: 1/2杯, 帕瑪森芝士: 一塊, 巴西里(法香): 2朵
步驟
1將臘肉、臘腸、肝腸切成小塊或小丁,洋蔥切末,巴西里切末

2鍋里倒少許橄欖油,將三種腊味放進去炒。炒出油後再加洋蔥充分翻炒

3鍋里倒適量開水煨煮食材,將臘肉的香味煮出來。(因為後面要加米飯,所以根據米飯的量控制好水量)

4加入蒜末和鹽調味。(加鹽量要考慮後面倒入米飯,米飯會稀釋掉鹹味)

5倒入米飯,讓它吸入湯汁,翻炒的過程中可以加一點海鹽,炒勻後加入淡奶油

6往鍋里刨入起司絲,增加米飯的濃稠度
