步驟
1豆乾大塊切一刀,成兩小塊

2先在豆乾的一面切豎刀,別切斷,深度大約到豆乾的2/3處

3一面切完以後,將豆乾翻面,在切斜刀,深度也到豆乾的2/3位置,不要切斷.切完以後,豆乾就有蓑衣狀的花紋,這樣切好的豆乾,很容易入味

4切好的豆乾,切成四小塊

5鍋內放少許油

10水開後放切好的豆乾

11中火煮五分鐘左右
12關火,等到鍋內的豆乾完全晾涼以後,倒入保鮮盒中,浸泡一個晚上,第二天再吃,豆乾更入味
