米飯: 一碗, 蝦仁: 100g, 番茄: 2個, 蘑菇: 4隻, 胡蘿蔔: 半根, 洋蔥: 1/4個, 雞蛋: 2個, 淡奶油: 15g, 鹽: 適量, 番茄醬: 適量, 紅酒: 適量, 油: 適量, 黑胡椒: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 水: 適量
步驟
1準備材料,先把蝦仁加鹽和料酒腌著待用,洋蔥切丁,番茄切丁,蘑菇切小塊,胡蘿蔔切丁

2先做茄汁:起油鍋,下洋蔥丁炒軟

9再來炒飯,起油鍋,倒入腌好的蝦仁
